Is my payments transaction secure?


Yes! Art&Deco By Natasha is encrypted with SSL Certificate and your payments are securely handled by PayPal and your financial details won’t be shared with us.

Can I pay with my credit or debit card?


Yes we accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVERY or MEASTRO cards


Where are printed products shipped from?


UK, Latvia, Barcelona or USA depending on the product or shipping destination. Look at the product to see its manufacture origin.

Where are the dot-paintings shipped from?


Dot-painting are produced and shipped from
Denmark (Holbæk)

How do I report a problem with my order?


You can report a problem with an order through info@artdecobynatasha.com or call us at +34 605 29 72 26

Please provide us with your order id and describe the issue with the order in the Email.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

What if i have entered a incorrect shipping address?


If you have entered a wrong shipping address on your order, please quickly send us the right address before the product is fulfilled, and we will be happy to change it. If the products are not shipped yet.

If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


What if the product is damaged in the mail?


If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to info@artdecobynatasha.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Printed Products Description


All Products available for purchase are described on their specific product page on our Site. We always try to represent each design as accurately as possible via photography provided by our print facilities, semi professional photographers and costumers.

We have a policy of continuous product development and non mass produced clothing, so we can provide you with what we consider the best unique design combined with best performance, and thus reserve the right to amend the specifications of Products, their price, packaging, and any Service associated at any time, without prior notice. Before ordering, we invite you to have a close look at the Product description and design.

We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product
on your screen due to different screen settings and types, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.
Sometimes during the manufacturing process
products can be damaged.  Obviously we won’t knowingly ship damaged items to you, but a damaged items can still be used for charitable purposes. Art&Deco By Natasha reserves the right to donate all damaged items with full or partial designs to charity after returned and refunded products transactions.

What if I have ordered a wrong size


Our product descriptions provide sizes in Cm & Inches – we strongly advice you to carefully use the size charts, all of our clothing are printed, cut and sewed by our staff, for you directly after your order is paid. Should it happen that you order is to small or big anyway, we gladly make a replacement for you, when we have received the other item. Shipments cost for the replacement will be on your behalf.

What is the estimated production times for printed products


Normally our partners ship out most of our products within 2-4 Business days.

NOTICE: Due to corona related restrictions and safety measurements.

Estimated production-time is at the moment longer the usual:

5-12 business days for all reusable Face Mask
5-12 business days for all Neck Gaiters
712 business days for all tote & drawstring bags.

Please do not order any of these products, if you cant wait for the production to be done, we can not offer any refund, for production delays.
